What you will do

• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Compile financial reports and maintain records using QuickBooks Online and Apple Numbers.
• Manage customer invoices, vendor coordination, and purchase orders.
• Assist in standardized accounting processes across global entities.
• Review payroll-related entries, reimbursements, and benefits allocation.
• Support month- and year-end close processes and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience or relevant internships.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the office in Big Cottonwood Canyon, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with international accounting.
• CPA license.
• Prior experience in tech or startup environments.
