What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies, including pricing and reimbursement for CAR T therapies.
• Lead the creation of payer value propositions and evidence plans aligned with clinical and commercial objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with national and regional payers to secure favorable coverage and reimbursement.
• Design access strategies addressing CAR T–specific site-of-care requirements across academic and community settings.
• Implement innovative payment models and contracting approaches for high-cost, one-time therapies.
• Build and lead a field reimbursement organization and patient support services to facilitate access.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Pharm.D. degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, including leadership experience.
• Proven experience in oncology or specialty therapies; direct experience in CAR T or cell therapy strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of CAR T reimbursement dynamics, single case agreements, and COE network requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
