Location: Hybrid in Sandy, UT (USA) — 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Design and develop structured learning programs and modular learning paths using modern instructional design principles.
• Build SCORM-compliant courses for LMS platforms and create visually compelling playbooks, guides, and interactive assets.
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content, incorporating motion graphics and storytelling to enhance engagement.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and design adaptive learning experiences and simulations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical Enablement, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into scalable assets.
• Track content effectiveness through completion rates and feedback to continuously refine learning materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, enablement content, or learning experience design.
• Proven experience building SCORM-based courses and working within LMS platforms.
• Strong skills in graphic design, content creation, and video production/editing tools.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into actionable learning experiences for global audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sandy, UT to support the hybrid office model.
