What you will do

• Manage content production for the newsletter, Instagram, and webinars using AI tools (Claude Cowork).
• Create visual assets, including social graphics and slides, independently using AI tools.
• Grow the audience through subscriber acquisition tactics and repurposing content across channels.
• Execute end-to-end webinar production, from calendar management to post-event follow-ups.
• Translate fintech and finance trends from platforms like X and TikTok for Instagram content.
• Collaborate with the editor to capture and basic-edit video clips.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City for full-time in-office work (Monday–Friday).
• 5–7 years of professional writing or content marketing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a reporter, editor, or producer at a publication.
• 2+ years of in-house experience at a company.
• Daily AI fluency with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Descript.
• Proven ability to identify and utilize trends in finance and business on social media.

Nice to have

• Experience producing content for personal finance, investing, or fintech.
• Proficiency with newsletter platforms like Beehiiv, Substack, or ConvertKit.
• Track record of audience growth (subscribers, followers, registrants).
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, Descript).
• Comfort being on camera or coaching others.
