Service Desk Associate (German)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)

What you will do

• Provide database ATM management and software support for banks and financial customers.
• Identify, log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, escalate, resolve, and close incidents.
• Communicate with users throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Coordinate with change, problem, service asset and configuration, and service level management processes.
• Create client and operational reports as requested.

Requirements

• Four-year college or university degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent German and English are required.
• Customer service experience and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of telecommunications, networking, information technology solutions, and products.
• Good coordination, listening, and comprehension skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in ATM operations, bank operations, retail banking, or another banking environment.
