What you will do
- Manage ATM databases and provide software support for banking clients.
- Handle the full incident lifecycle: identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, and resolution.
- Communicate with the user community and provide status updates throughout the life of an incident.
- Coordinate with internal service management processes, including Change, Problem, and Service Level management.
- Generate detailed reports based on client or supervisor requests.
Requirements
- Degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications, network, and IT solutions.
