What you will do
- Own cross-sell performance across the group, ensuring plans are executed, tracked, and delivered.
- Act as the operational engine for growth strategy, turning campaigns into measurable revenue.
- Manage the cross-sell campaign tracker, maintaining a single source of truth for pipeline and conversion.
- Influence senior stakeholders to ensure commitments translate into commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams to identify and activate new cross-sell channels.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on performance, blockers, and progress against targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or commercial project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with project or marketing tools like Asana, Monday, or Jira.
- Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
- Ability to interpret pipeline and conversion metrics into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, HR tech, or professional services.
- Familiarity with cross-sell or partnership models.
- Exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
