What you will do

• Lead Tech Business Partners across global markets, providing people management, 1:1s, and development plans.
• Handle non-technical escalations, persuade on central objectives, and align team on quarterly OKRs and KPIs.
• Drive consulting, enablement, support, project delivery, and AI tooling adoption initiatives.
• Monitor end-user feedback, audit data points like NPS for AI adoption, and plan improvements.
• Define and execute vision for end-user technology services, ensuring productivity and technological maturity worldwide.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT leadership, systems engineering, or related, with global/multi-national IT management track record.
• 5+ years in senior leadership, managing IT operational teams.
• Expertise in IT support best practices, SLAs, KPIs, service improvement in multi-market orgs.
• Proven leading complex global tech projects with governance and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS ecosystem for productivity/collaboration/security, e.g., Google Workspace, Gemini AI tools.
• Fluent English mandatory; German proficiency; exceptional executive communication skills.
• Design Thinking and Service Design expertise; thrive in fast-paced scaling environment with security focus.
• Willingness to travel and manage global teams across time zones.
