What you will do

• Transform system requirements into radio system architecture solutions.
• Lead cross-functional design across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and ML teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and system-level simulations.
• Oversee system integration, prototyping, and validation to meet performance targets.
• Drive design and architecture reviews for requirements traceability.
• Implement processes for continuous improvement in documentation and workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years in radio system engineering in robotics, aerospace, or defense
• MSc in Engineering (PhD a plus)
• Proven experience leading full system lifecycles from concept to validation
• Strong background in radio system architecture, requirements engineering, and trade-off analysis
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing technical interfaces
• Rigorous, structured mindset with analytical, communication, and documentation skills

• Experience with UAS or defense systems
