What you will do

• Develop and implement social media strategies and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Create and curate high-quality visual, video, and copy content across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage social media calendars and collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee agency partnerships to deliver content efficiently and meet performance targets.
• Build and foster professional relationships with online communities and encourage user-generated content.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in social media marketing and reputation management.
• Experience working within a large, complex matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior management and work autonomously at pace.
• Experience in planning and measuring the performance of planned and responsive content.
• Proficiency in tracking and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in Nottingham or Solihull, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience identifying and collaborating with influencers and tracking ROI.
• Project management experience.
