Logistics Analyst

Logistics Analyst (Supply Chain): End-to-end logistics operations management supporting Southeast Asia and North Asia Channels dispatches and APWH dispatches to SEA market units with an accent on KPI management through root cause analysis, problem solving, and applying VOS concepts for process stabilization. What you will do

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including shipping arrangements, commercial invoice and packing list creation.
• Handle item reservation, pick slip processing, delivery note processing, subinventory transfers, project transfers, PO/IR receiving and returns, and RMA virtual transactions.
• Support Southeast Asia and North Asia Channels dispatches and APWH dispatches to SEA market units.
• Manage KPIs through root cause analysis, problem solving, and VOS concepts to stabilize processes.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Experience in a strategic setting in a large manufacturing organization.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as requested.

Nice to have

• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job-related software.
• Experience in international trade and transportation.
• ISM, APICS, or Supply Chain certification.
