What you will do

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of supervisory meetings, examinations, investigations, and follow-up actions across the CITO domain.
  • Oversee regulatory change and adherence, guiding stakeholders to implement evolving requirements with consistency and quality.
  • Prepare senior management reporting and provide strategic advice to the Managing Board, Supervisory Board, and Joint Supervisory Team.
  • Coordinate supervisory On-site Inspections (OSI) and Deep Dives.
  • Prepare contributions to supervisory assessments and questionnaires, such as ITRQ and SREP.
  • Monitor regulatory implementation progress and report findings via the Quarterly Risk Report.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in regulatory/supervisory coordination or IT Risk Management.
  • Deep understanding of IT regulations including DORA, BCBS 239, and the AI Act.
  • Strong consultancy and stakeholder management skills to clarify complex topics for senior leadership.
  • Experience working within international financial institutions or specialized consultancies.
  • Ability to develop structured, consistent narratives for high-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset capable of operating in a high-paced, regulated environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of upcoming regulations and proposals such as the Digital Omnibus.
