What you will do

• Analyze and redesign business processes to eliminate redundancies and bottlenecks, improving overall performance and scalability.
• Develop clear process maps using BPMN, create SOPs, and maintain documentation to ensure transparency across teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation using tools like RPA, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business, operations, product, and engineering teams to translate needs into structured workflows.
• Define and track KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and continuously iterate on outcomes.
• Manage the rollout of new processes and ensure alignment with operational needs and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in business process management, operations, or related roles.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools including RPA, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to decompose complex processes into structured components.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZIP, or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
