What you will do

• Support the Merchandiser in creating quarterly, half-year, and annual plans.
• Maintain WSSI and line projections to forecast sales, stock, intake, and profit.
• Manage product size ratios and optimize availability by country, channel, or shape.
• Analyze best and worst sellers to propose stock balancing and reallocation actions.
• Develop markdown and clearance strategies to reduce terminal stock and protect profitability.
• Prepare weekly trading reports and commercial analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in Merchandising or Planning within a fashion retail environment.
• Strong numerical skills and a highly analytical commercial mindset.
• Proficiency in SAP BW (or similar systems) and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Hilversum, Netherlands (60:40 hybrid policy).
