What you will do

• Define and implement the global trial data strategy covering capture, validation, storage, and utilization.
• Drive full reporting of trial data into the central global database and expand ARM adoption across markets.
• Establish global standards for protocols, study rules, data definitions, and reporting across regions.
• Lead end-to-end ARM process improvements to enhance data quality, completeness, and timeliness.
• Partner with country teams and CROs globally to align on data standards and reporting expectations.
• Ensure data structures support dashboards, analytics, and future AI-driven use cases.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Protection, Biology, Data Management, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development/biology, specifically within the agriculture industry.
• Strong ARM experience and a deep understanding of trial data structures and validation.
• Proven background in data governance, process harmonisation, or system rollouts.
• Experience managing CROs and collaborating with global teams.
• Current residency or work authorization in the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, or Israel.
