Location: Remote - Nationwide (US). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. No visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT. Reliable high-speed internet required; office work possible if home setup inadequate.

Salary: $96,100 - $135,700

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional Agile teams to gather and document business requirements for software projects.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
• Translate business needs into user stories aligned with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
• Analyze systems and processes for improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Quality and Software Engineers to validate functionality and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 7+ years as Senior Business Systems Analyst or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of complex business processes and problem-solving.
• Advanced communication and documentation skills.
• Experience managing project timelines, resources, and Agile ceremonies.
• Adaptability to project changes and multi-platform systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in Contact Center, IVR, or digital platforms.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud environments.
• Financial industry, production support, QA/Developer, or security/compliance experience.
• Agile roles like Quality Engineer, Software Engineer, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
