What you will do

• Define, standardize, and advance engineering practices across all PlayDigital gaming studios.
• Guide Engineering Managers to ensure alignment with technical strategy and best practices.
• Lead cross-studio special projects by coordinating talent from multiple teams.
• Partner with technology groups such as GDK and RGS to enhance platforms and drive innovation.
• Identify, evaluate, and lead the implementation of AI engineering initiatives across the organization.
• Act as a key technical consultant and advisor, supporting decision-making at multiple organizational levels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership or managerial experience (strong individual contributors with consulting/influence experience are also considered).
• 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry, specifically slot-focused.
• Full-stack engineering background with strong technical depth.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive cross-team alignment.
• Strong consulting mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full eligibility to work under a local employment contract in one of the hiring locations.
