What you will do

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic product decisions.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and challenge existing product assumptions.
• Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests, to optimize player experience.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and other Analysts.
• Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Mentor and support the onboarding process for new team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering actionable product insights from data.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Looker or similar BI and data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of Python or R.
• Strong understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience with product optimization.
