What you will do

• Own paid lead generation across Meta and Google, managing campaign structures, bidding strategies, and daily optimization.
• Build the analytics and measurement layer using SQL to connect advertising spend to business outcomes.
• Manage acquisition unit economics, including CPL, payback, LTV/CAC, and ROAS, to drive budget allocation.
• Optimize the conversion path by improving landing pages, forms, and lead-capture flows for cleaner CRM handoffs.
• Design and execute A/B tests on creatives and bidding strategies with statistical rigour.
• Partner with country sales leaders across European markets to align on lead volume and quality targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in paid ads and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok with a focus on lead generation.
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries from scratch for analysis.
• Solid understanding of acquisition unit economics (CPL, LTV/CAC, ROAS).
• Active use of AI tools to build reporting and accelerate analysis workflows.
• Ability to design and interpret A/B tests using proper statistical methodology.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-velocity SMB acquisition environments.
• Familiarity with CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, and value-based bidding (tROAS).
• Experience with CRM integrations, specifically HubSpot.
• Proficiency in dashboarding tools like Looker or Chart.js.
• Experience operating across multiple international markets.
