What you will do

• Execute communications for allocated brands in Korea, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Contribute to content creator and communication go-to-market strategies for Korea, collaborating with local, regional, and central teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key creators, press, and agencies.
• Support deployment of hirify.global Creators Program: vet applications, promote locally, manage requests.
• Coordinate press events, consumer shows, esports initiatives, and deliver localized materials.
• Report performance, ROI, and trends to teams, managing budgets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in communications or marketing
• Fluent in Korean, ability to communicate in English and Japanese
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Avid consumer of creator content across platforms; understanding of media and creator landscape.
• Ability to identify trends and opportunities in online gaming community.
• Ability to deliver qualitative and quantitative reporting.
