What you will do

• Act as the product owner for the Power Distribution Unit (PDU) for current and future rocket generations.
• Manage all product interfaces across the entire lifecycle, from design and manufacturing to verification and integration.
• Perform unit-level design, qualification, acceptance testing, and return analysis.
• Plan and execute vehicle integration and testing in Germany and on the launch pad.
• Verify and maintain Power System requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated qualification and acceptance testing infrastructure.
• Contribute to the definition of Avionics Power System architecture and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Energy Science and Technology, or a comparable field.
• 2+ years of experience working with complex PCBs, electronic and power units.
• Expertise in power electronics, semiconductors, and solid-state power controllers.
• Strong knowledge of circuit theory and signal processing.
• Proficiency in E-CAD tools, preferably Altium Designer.
• Experience in verifying complex circuitry, including embedded systems, DCDC converters, and analog frontends.
• English: Fluent spoken and written proficiency required

Nice to have

• Previous experience in product ownership.
• Experience working with Li-ion batteries.
• Knowledge of embedded software.
