What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Oversee organic social media strategy, including content calendars and engagement.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as lead generation, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Perform audience and creative testing to maximize budget efficiency.
• Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns and social media.
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
• Experience working with US-based businesses is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for client video calls.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in Central Time (CT).
