TL;DR

US Remote

Base salary range: $130,000 – $140,000

What you will do

  • Identify and engage technology partners in payments, shipping, tax/fiscalization, and adjacent retail tech to deliver business development and sales value.
  • Lead joint pipeline development, share leads, co-qualify opportunities, and coordinate pursuit strategies with partners.
  • Collaborate with Client Executives to involve partners at the right sales cycle stages.
  • Track partner-sourced leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM, including commercial obligations.
  • Develop joint value propositions, sales materials, and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Support partner pipeline campaigns and drive market awareness of the partner ecosystem at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7+ years in channel partnerships, alliance management, or partner sales in B2B SaaS or retail technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate qualified sales pipeline through partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of technology ecosystems, connectors, and ISV partnership dynamics.
  • Proven track record of co-selling with partners and influencing revenue.
  • Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce; ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail technology, POS, OMS, or unified commerce platforms.
  • Existing relationships with partners in payments, shipping, tax, or retail software.
  • Familiarity with partner program structures like referral agreements and co-sell frameworks.
  • Experience building partner programs from early stage.
  • Knowledge of retail industry landscape; background in sales or pre-sales.
