What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for regional client divisions to shape commercial strategies using robust analytics and data-driven insights.
• Design, facilitate, and manage BI platforms (specifically Tableau and PowerBI) to ensure agile and secure data access.
• Create actionable metrics and KPI reports for sales operations, marketing, and digital ops managers.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and client stakeholders to deliver data integration, reporting, and commercial analytics.
• Establish a Centre of Excellence to drive knowledge sharing and accelerate the adoption of data visualization.
• Identify process optimization opportunities to reduce development timelines and costs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (East Coast- Tristate area).
• 12-14 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Post-graduation in healthcare data analytics (M. Pharm/MS/Mtech) or Engineering from a premier institution.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, Tableau, PowerBI, and MS Office suite.
• Expertise in commercial analytics, including SFE processes, segmentation, sizing, and call planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CoPilot and Tableau Pulse agents.
