What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare claims data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and payment anomalies.
• Apply statistical methods and advanced analytical techniques to provide forecasts and predictive models.
• Develop dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to support executive decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and streamline workflows to improve reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Information Management to translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data.
• Proficiency in SQL with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SAS, or SPSS).
• Working knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
