TL;DR
Customer Success Coordinator (German Speaking): Provide first-line support for German-speaking K-12 education customers in the DACH region, handling administrative, invoicing, and basic product inquiries with an accent on smooth communication between customers and internal teams. Focus on qualifying leads, coordinating sales activities, tracking invoice resolutions, and identifying upsell opportunities.
100% office work: Makedonska 12, 1100 Belgrade, Serbia. Hybrid work available (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) in office locations.

What you will do
- Provide first-line phone and email support for invoice questions, administrative requests, account info, basic product inquiries, and initial pedagogical questions.
- Route inquiries to Sales, Finance, Product, and Tech Support teams while ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, billing clarifications, and payment follow-ups for German-speaking customers.
- Qualify inbound leads, support sales with meetings, demos, follow-ups, and CRM record maintenance.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support outreach for new leads via referrals.
- Gather customer feedback and maintain accurate interaction records.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities
- Comfortable handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Sales Support
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and billing platforms (e.g., Chargebee)
- Interest in or exposure to edtech or K-12 learning environments
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models
