What you will do

  • Engage with customers in local language via calls and emails, determine entitlements, document requests, dispatch technicians, and schedule installations.
  • Monitor email and call queues, update work orders, and provide status information.
  • Gather problem details, assess criticality, record data in tools, and generate daily/weekly incident reports.
  • Review incident history for recurring faults and communicate with advocates for customer profile updates.
  • Work in high-volume call environment as primary interface to internal/external customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Keyboard proficiency (30+ WPM), understanding of Windows applications
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Basic knowledge of customer locations/geography
