What you will do
- Engage with customers in local language via calls and emails, determine entitlements, document requests, dispatch technicians, and schedule installations.
- Monitor email and call queues, update work orders, and provide status information.
- Gather problem details, assess criticality, record data in tools, and generate daily/weekly incident reports.
- Review incident history for recurring faults and communicate with advocates for customer profile updates.
- Work in high-volume call environment as primary interface to internal/external customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Basic knowledge of English
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work independently
- Keyboard proficiency (30+ WPM), understanding of Windows applications
- Ability to work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of customer locations/geography
