What you will do

• Perform financial data entry and conduct balance sheet reconciliations for internal customers.
• Analyze financial data to assess customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits to mitigate risk.
• Manage accounts receivable, reconcile customer accounts, and ensure the timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• Prepare financial statements, generate periodic management reports, and ensure adherence to SOX controls and regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Conduct physical inspections of fixed assets and spares inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Credit and Collection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Oracle 11i or other ERP systems.
• Availability to work night shifts and extended hours as rostered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
