What you will do

  • Conduct end-to-end KYB reviews for merchants, including UBO identification and corporate structure analysis.
  • Process onboarding cases across various risk profiles, including high-risk industries and complex corporate structures.
  • Ensure all onboarding decisions align with internal policies, AML frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high quality and accuracy in reviews within established SLA targets.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, and Sales teams for smooth merchant onboarding.
  • Support continuous process improvement and maintain up-to-date procedure documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in KYB, AML, or Compliance operations.
  • Experience within crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience reviewing corporate structures and UBO chains.
  • Strong understanding of AML regulations and KYB frameworks.
  • Strong risk assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Must be based in Croatia.
