What you will do

  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, kitchen supplies, mail, and vendor coordination to ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
  • Organize internal and external company events and manage the monthly HR newsletter to foster company culture.
  • Coordinate the team member lifecycle, serving as the first point of contact from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate people data and draft essential HR documents and benefits administration.
  • Ensure the physical office environment remains in top condition through proactive inventory and facility management.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in office management; HR administrative experience or internships are a plus.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to handling last-minute tasks and urgent colleague support.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for executing internal processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset for diverse international stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and a strong aptitude for learning new software systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Rotterdam office (Hybrid).
