What you will do

• Review and evaluate incoming credit applications using internal tools while ensuring documentation completeness.
• Follow internal guidelines and regulatory requirements during the application process.
• Identify recurring system bugs, edge cases, and customer pain points.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations leads.
• Analyze patterns that affect approval rates and suggest improvements to workflows.
• Collaborate with Credit, Product, and Communications teams to optimize the application journey.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fintech operations, underwriting support, KYC/KYB, or customer operations.
• Native-level German and fluent English.
• High system literacy and the ability to learn complex internal tools quickly.
• Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with multi-step workflows or case management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit products, consumer lending, or financial regulations.
• Exposure to QA workflows, bug reporting, or user journey testing.
• Knowledge of basic operational metrics such as approval rates, drop-off points, and SLAs.
