What you will do

• Define and drive contracting strategies in alignment with the Bid Team and Management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts and annexes using standard templates and guidelines.
• Perform Statements of Compliance (SoC) during the tender and offer phases.
• Manage risk exposure and maintain mitigation lists during negotiations.
• Lead the resolution of contractual disputes and handle contract changes or extensions.
• Ensure a professional handover of all contract-related documents to the execution team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Law (LLB preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Contract Manager.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Proven expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of legal concepts and commercial understanding.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CPCM).
• Understanding of FIDIC forms of contracts.
• Membership in a European or North American Bar association.
