What you will do
- Assess and manage legal risks, providing strategic advice to stakeholders in IT, R&D, and Sales.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including licensing, cloud services, and partner agreements.
- Ensure digital legal compliance focusing on IT law and the AI Act.
- Manage Data Privacy matters in accordance with GDPR.
- Develop and communicate internal legal education and training.
- Create and maintain template agreements and steering documents.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.M) from a Swedish University or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel or at a law firm.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with complex commercial legal matters.
