TL;DR

Senior Legal Counsel EMEA: Provide comprehensive legal support on business and contract law issues for hirify.global Supply Chain companies, reviewing, revising, drafting and negotiating operational contracts across mechanical engineering, IT and software firms. Focus on managing commercial law matters domestically and internationally with strategic emphasis on EMEA region collaborations.

What you will do

• Provide legal support on all business and contract law issues, including reviewing, revising, drafting and negotiating operational contracts.
• Manage commercial law matters domestically and internationally for supply chain businesses.
• Support Pharma Business Units in establishing collaborations with worldwide partners, focusing on EMEA.
• Collaborate with VP Legal, Group Legal, Insurance & Regulatory Affairs on legal, regulatory and insurance topics.

Requirements

• Outstanding legal expertise demonstrated by excellent exams
• At least 5 years professional experience in commercial law at a firm or international company, ideally in supply chain, intralogistics or machine manufacturing
• Experience negotiating agreements with multinationals and customers
• Basic understanding of tax, finance, compliance, export control, insurance and data protection implications
• Ability to conduct complex negotiations
• Business-fluent English
• Goal-oriented, team player with strong negotiation and communication skills
