What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Align team objectives with broader product and enterprise-level strategic goals.
• Own the full lifecycle of engineering projects to ensure high-velocity, elite-quality delivery.
• Drive the architectural direction for scalable and maintainable platform solutions.
• Optimize Agile/Scrum practices to maximize team velocity and predictability.
• Establish and enforce robust engineering practices, security protocols, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management roles leading Infrastructure or Platform teams.
• Deep expertise in networking, automation, IaaC, and containerization (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architecture principles across API, security, data, and application layers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Proven ability to handle ambiguity and resolve complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source.
