What you will do

• Manage the full cycle of customer bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation.

Requirements

• Degree in Tourism or a similar field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
• Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Availability for night shifts and fixed night shifts.
