What you will do

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs and end-to-end release lifecycles from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain structured program and release plans to ensure predictability.
  • Monitor execution, identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Provide consistent status updates, dashboards, and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Shape and improve operational processes and optimize KPIs for data-informed decision-making.
  • Act as an Agile champion and coach to foster collaboration and accountability across teams.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Program, Project, or Release Manager in a software R&D environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in an R&D role such as Developer or QA.
  • Experience managing release processes in complex, multi-team environments.
  • Advanced Jira administration or reporting experience.
