What you will do

• Serve as the primary management lead for enterprise cybersecurity support activities and contract execution.
• Oversee staffing, deliverables, schedules, and customer communications.
• Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple task areas.
• Lead executive briefings, program reviews, and status reporting for stakeholders.
• Oversee support for RMF implementation, FISMA reporting, and related compliance deliverables.
• Coordinate work across governance, risk management, and audit management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Program Manager on enterprise cybersecurity government contracts.
• Deep understanding of federal cybersecurity governance, RMF implementation, and FISMA reporting.
• Required Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, and proficiency in Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication skills with experience in executive-level briefing.
• Must be based in or able to work in the Washington DC / MD / VA region.
