TL;DR

Business Consultant (TechnologyOne): Implementing and optimizing business applications for clients with an accent on gap analysis, functional specifications, and system deployment. Focus on leveraging TechnologyOne Core Enterprise Suite (CES), CI, and CIA to enhance business functions and modernize applications.

Location: Must be based in New Zealand (can be performed from anywhere in the country)

What you will do

  • Assist clients in defining business requirements and solving operational issues.
  • Perform gap analysis between client needs and TechnologyOne software capabilities.
  • Design, implement, and deliver solutions to optimize business functions.
  • Manage deployments and create change requests for necessary enhancements.
  • Deliver face-to-face or remote customer training to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to maximize the value of their TechnologyOne systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New Zealand.
  • 2+ years of TechnologyOne Consulting or power-user experience.
  • Proven experience in design and implementation of TechnologyOne CES, CI, and CIA.
  • Ability to document functional specifications and requirements artefacts.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field.

Nice to have

  • Skills in TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, or Property and Rating.
  • Technical skills in XLOne Reporting and BPAs.
