What you will do

• Deliver value to clients through the deployment and use of the Engagement Platform.
• Gather business requirements, prepare data structures, and manage data migration.
• Advise clients on e-commerce, analytics, data management, and digital marketing.
• Build strong client relationships to improve KPIs and ROI.
• Develop business strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and product features.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of consulting experience within a SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global Engagement platform features.
• Experience in online analytics, performance marketing, and e-commerce.
• Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Must be based in Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Experience in A/B testing, customer lifetime value, or attribution modelling.
• Knowledge of prediction and product recommendations.
