Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, Washington. Must be based in Washington, California, Colorado, Illinois, or New York

Salary: $220,000 — $302,500 USD

What you will do

• Own the "front door" login experience for hundreds of millions of users across thousands of global products.
• Define the future of hosted login authentication, focusing on secure-by-design flows and high-performance UX.
• Translate high-level strategic direction into actionable requirements and detailed user stories.
• Architect long-term plans and a north star vision for world-class authentication methods.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and executive leadership to deliver rapid, incremental customer value.
• Partner with marketing, documentation, and design teams to successfully bring new capabilities to market.

Requirements

• Developer awareness and experience, specifically understanding developer needs first-hand.
• Familiarity with Identity, Login, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) patterns and concepts.
• Strong leadership qualities, including initiative, discretion, and ability to represent work to executive leadership.
• A strong desire to learn the complex interactivity and dependencies of MFA/authentication.
• Must be located in WA, CA, CO, IL, or NY

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience implementing CIC/Auth0.
• Previous employment in identity, security, or adjacent companies.
