Salary: $251,000 — $355,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and execute the AI product and partnership strategy, specifically for Auth0 for AI Agents.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from "0-to-1" entrepreneurial experimentation to mature enterprise scaling.
- Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver secure, scalable, and developer-friendly AI solutions.
- Champion and influence emerging industry standards, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication.
- Work with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, DevRel) to ensure successful launches and measurable adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a Director-level leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), APIs, and AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS and developer-facing products.
- Ability to write code and work directly with APIs and SDKs to prototype developer workflows.
- Strong leadership and influence skills within a highly matrixed organization.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area.
