What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple Product Owners through coaching, mentoring, hiring, and onboarding.
• Oversee execution across product areas, set performance expectations, and improve delivery practices.
• Align roadmaps, coordinate initiatives, and resolve dependencies across teams and geographies.
• Define long-term vision, conduct market research, and own product roadmap balancing business, technical, and market needs.
• Write user stories, partner with engineering and UX/UI for development and usability testing.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate plans, lead launches, and optimize based on metrics and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of product leadership experience delivering mission-critical software in Agile environment
• Proven success in customer development, product definition, feature scoping, and tradeoff management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, and cross-functional teams
• Adaptable, results-driven leader and hands-on contributor

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree
• Experience with XBRL and/or SEC compliance products
• Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
