What you will do

• Manage collection activities through telephone calls, emails, and initiation of house visits.
• Achieve daily productivity standards regarding call attempts, contacts, and payment promises.
• Apply negotiation strategies to ensure the successful recovery of overdue outstanding amounts.
• Analyze and evaluate errant cases to recommend and initiate appropriate courses of action.
• Update the collection system in real-time and generate payment reminders.

Requirements

• Experience in collections, accounts receivables, contact centers, or customer service roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
• English: Ability to communicate effectively is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to build productive internal and external relationships.

Nice to have

• Ability to converse in Mandarin.
