What you will do

• Design and operate resilient enterprise infrastructure services across on-premise and cloud environments to ensure scalability and security.
• Develop low-level system designs (LLD), APIs, and data models for robust infrastructure and enterprise integration.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and incident response using modern IaC and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and platform teams to establish operational standards and guardrails.
• Lead root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues and drive improvements in observability and capacity management.
• Safely integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions and AIOps to improve infrastructure outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating production services at scale, specifically with virtualization and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Hands-on expertise in compute, storage, networking, identity, and security domains.
• Proficiency in scripting, programming, and automation tooling (IaC, CI/CD).
• Experience contributing to low-level design (LLD), system architecture, and operational runbooks.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying ML concepts to infrastructure operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience designing large-scale, highly available enterprise infrastructure platforms and technical roadmaps.
• Track record of leading complex infrastructure migrations or major modernization efforts.
• Deep expertise in API design for secure, self-service internal consumption.
• Advanced knowledge of observability practices, capacity planning, and change management.
• Experience with AIOps, intelligent alerting, and automated remediation.
