Salary: $161,000 – $225,500 (Potential up to $257,500 based on performance)

What you will do

• Lead collaborative efforts to define complex product concepts and generate compelling design solutions.
• Negotiate Experience Design priorities and contribute to building long-term experience roadmaps.
• Analyze research and test findings to identify novel insights and make informed design decisions.
• Design user interactions that optimize engagement, product performance, and business impact.
• Collaborate strategically with developers to ensure seamless implementation and challenge technical constraints.
• Contribute reusable and scalable components to the design system to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in User Experience Design or a related field.
• Degree in UX Design or related design field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience crafting design deliverables including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Proven ability to map customer journeys and leverage user stories and personas.
• Expertise in leveraging design systems and shared component libraries.
• Must be based in the United States (Employer participates in E-Verify).
