What you will do

• Execute and optimize acquisition campaigns via SEM, paid social, display, and online video.
• Manage affiliate and CPL programs and coordinate with review platforms.
• Implement ABM campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives in collaboration with the global team.
• Collaborate with web and content teams for SEO and regional page updates.
• Partner with Ops, Product, and Creative teams to test messaging and enhance performance.
• Track and report on key metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with SEM, paid social, and display campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Salesforce.
• Experience working with channel or partnership ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance data.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CPL models or affiliate programs.
