Salary: $115,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Build scalable financial processes across FP&A and business analytics.
- Analyze key metrics including patient engagement, visit economics, and reimbursement trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape capital and investment decisions.
- Drive operational discipline via accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Evaluate commercial deals and partnerships through detailed financial analysis.
- Prepare financial materials for leadership and Board-level reviews.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in dimensional modeling within FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Cube, Mosaic).
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) for complex logic and functions.
- Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Looker and BigQuery.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA.
Nice to have
- Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with healthcare metrics.
- Prior experience in a high-growth or startup setting.
- Experience using Sage Intacct or comparable general ledger software.
