Salary: $115,000 – $130,000

What you will do

  • Build scalable financial processes across FP&A and business analytics.
  • Analyze key metrics including patient engagement, visit economics, and reimbursement trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape capital and investment decisions.
  • Drive operational discipline via accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Evaluate commercial deals and partnerships through detailed financial analysis.
  • Prepare financial materials for leadership and Board-level reviews.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment banking.
  • Proficiency in dimensional modeling within FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Cube, Mosaic).
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) for complex logic and functions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Looker and BigQuery.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with healthcare metrics.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or startup setting.
  • Experience using Sage Intacct or comparable general ledger software.
