What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day workshop activities and develop efficient repair workflows to ensure timely completion.
- Recruit, train, and supervise repair technicians, establishing performance standards and resource allocation.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting as a subject matter expert.
- Monitor diagnostics, repairs, and testing to ensure adherence to SOPs and technical standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and track key metrics to analyze repair performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for repair methods and overall team efficiency.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in a workshop environment.
- High level of knowledge with diagnostic tools and electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in computing environments relevant to equipment repair.
- Strict commitment to work health and safety regulations and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and a mature work ethic.
- Prior experience supervising or leading a small team is desirable.
