What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day workshop activities and develop efficient repair workflows to ensure timely completion.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise repair technicians, establishing performance standards and resource allocation.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting as a subject matter expert.
  • Monitor diagnostics, repairs, and testing to ensure adherence to SOPs and technical standards.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and track key metrics to analyze repair performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for repair methods and overall team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in a workshop environment.
  • High level of knowledge with diagnostic tools and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in computing environments relevant to equipment repair.
  • Strict commitment to work health and safety regulations and quality control.
  • Excellent communication skills and a mature work ethic.
  • Prior experience supervising or leading a small team is desirable.
