What you will do

• Manage the serviceability, readiness, and accuracy of tools and test equipment required for combat system installation and testing.
• Perform inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tools and equipment.
• Apply and manage calibration methods and standards.
• Oversee inventory management, tool availability, and replacement processes.
• Coordinate equipment demand and availability with production and test teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering environment supporting subsystems or equipment.
• Experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic and IT systems.
• Proficiency in IPC workmanship standards and fault finding in PC/industrial computing bus systems (cPCI, VME).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2000 practices and Quality Control/Assurance training.
• Must be an Australian citizen.
• Must hold or be able to obtain NV1 security clearance.
