Location: Must be based in Australia. Remote work is available for those outside commutable distance to Sydney; otherwise, a hybrid schedule (3 days office, 2 days home) is requested.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for HS&E leaders in APAC, providing strategic guidance on regional regulations and global compliance standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure APAC-specific safety solutions are integrated into hirify.global's worldwide offerings.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities to align client organizational goals and supply chain risk mitigation with product solutions.
• Develop and enhance professional service offerings tailored to the specific needs of the APAC market.
• Design and deliver impactful presentations, workshops, and executive roundtables at client engagements and industry conferences.
• Partner with product development to advance safety maturity indices and continuous improvement metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HS&E leadership roles.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Proven expertise in Safety Management Systems, Contractor Safety Management, and Project Management.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 45001, PDCA methodology, and ESG/Sustainability frameworks (Waste, Water, and Energy).
• Bachelor's Degree and relevant certifications such as CSP or ARM.
• Exceptional oral, written, and non-verbal communication skills for executive-level influence.

Nice to have

• Active network strength in professional groups such as IIRSM, ASSP, or NSC.
• Proficiency with industry tools including ISN, Achilles, Veriforce, PEC, or ComplyWorks.
